Can I use S∙P∙A AI Practice Test questions elsewhere?

All S∙P∙A AI Practice Test questions are protected under copyright law.

To maintain a fair and secure learning environment, the following actions are strictly prohibited.


• Copying, capturing, or editing test questions

• Publishing, sharing, or redistributing questions through any channel, including blogs, social media, communities, YouTube, or study groups


All questions are provided for personal learning purposes only.

Violations of this policy may lead to legal action.

Technical Issues

What happens if my internet connection is lost during a test?

If your internet connection is lost during a test, it will be handled as follows.

- Your in-progress test will be automatically paused.

- Answers already submitted will be saved, but any responses after the connection is lost will not be recorded.

- Once the internet connection is restored, you can sign in and resume the test. (The remaining time will be preserved based on the time left when the connection was lost.)


• How to reconnect

1. Restore your internet connection and return to the site.

2. On the sign-in page, enter your email and password to sign in.

3. Go to My Page > Test History and click [Restart Test].

4. After entering the test screen, the test will automatically resume from where it was interrupted.


• Notes

If your internet connection is unstable or disconnects frequently, your responses may not be saved properly. Please take the test in a stable Wi-Fi environment.

During the test, check your connection regularly, and if possible, use a wired connection or stable mobile data.

How do I sign up?

Please follow the steps below to sign up.


• Individual members

1. On the PC or mobile site, click [Sign In].

2. Select [Sign Up].

3. Choose email sign-up or an easy sign-up option (Google, Kakao, Naver).

4. Enter your basic information and complete verification (email verification code or easy sign-in approval).

5. Agree to the Terms of Service and consent to the collection and use of personal information, then click [Sign Up] to complete registration.


• Corporate members (employees of partner companies)

This applies if your company is partnered with our service.

If you applied through a partner platform, you can complete your sign-up on the page you are automatically redirected to.

If your company provided a dedicated link, please access the link and proceed with sign-up.

Plans & Vouchers

When can I start using my plan?

• For individual members

- Your Plan will be registered to your account immediately after purchase (payment) is completed, and you can start using it right away.


• For corporate members (employees of partner companies using an employee benefits platform or other partner platforms)

- When you apply through a partner platform or receive a Plan issued by your company, the information will be linked and processed, and then reflected in your account.

If you have not signed up yet, you can start using the service right after signing up.


You can check purchased (or issued) Plans in My Page > Plan/Voucher History.

If you cannot find it, please contact Support (via 1:1 Inquiry or phone support).

Using the Website

Can I sign in on multiple devices at the same time?

For security reasons, simultaneous sign-ins are not supported. One account cannot be signed in on multiple devices (or browsers) at the same time. When you sign in on a new device, the previous session is signed out automatically.


- This helps prevent unauthorized access and protects personal information.

- You can still switch devices as needed. Simply sign in again when you move to a different device.

What are the minimum system requirements?

This is a browser-based service, so no additional software is required as long as you have an internet connection. However, very low-spec devices may not perform well with modern browsers.


For best results, we recommend:

1. A stable internet connection (wired or Wi-Fi)

2. The latest version of a supported browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)

3. A device and environment where your microphone and speakers work properly
