Here’s what you need to know about test plans.
If you have a free voucher, redeem the code before you begin.
Redeem a Voucher
- You must be logged in to redeem a voucher code.
- Vouchers must be redeemed before they expire. Expired vouchers can’t be redeemed.
- You can check redeemed vouchers in [My Page > Plans & Vouchers].
- Plans are valid for 90 days from the purchase date and can’t be used after they expire.
- You can check your purchased plans in [My Page > Plans & Vouchers].
Refund Policy
A full refund is available if you haven’t used the plan within 7 days of payment.
After 7 days, only unused portions are refundable, and a 10% cancellation fee (based on the amount paid) will be deducted.

- Full refund
- Within 7 days of purchase, if the plan has not been used.
- Partial refund
- After 7 days from the purchase date, available only if you have remaining uses.
- Refund amount
- (Remaining uses ÷ Total uses) × Amount paid − Cancellation fee (10% of amount paid).
- Not Eligible for Refund

- Expired plans/vouchers
- Promotional free vouchers
